Whenever I wear this blouse, sewing friends want to buy the pattern and non-sewing friends want to buy the blouse. The overlay panels are perfect for embellishment. Leave the panels off for a totally different look. I love the ruching on the collar and cuffs for an elegant look. Omit the ruching for a less formal feel. I do suggest you check the height of the collar. As with many Sewing Workshop Patterns I had to make the collar less tall.
